Where: On the sparkling,
primordial waters of pristine Lake Anne at Clear Lake, in a plush 4.334 [four and one third+] acre private, thickly-forested estate on the surrounding banks of a rare and lily-filled lagoon, find sanctuary. This secluded, privately-owned setting of peace and solitude to be found nowhere else on the planet, offers the depths of renewal or the heights of whimsical play in its 'right out of Disney' ambiance. Hemingway's Hideaway, StoryBook cottage, VibraHouse: an absolute get-w a y-away-from-it-all refuge, it is justifiably THE Crown Jewel in what the Clear Lake Nature Conservancy is calling the Emerald Necklace, the only forested green ribbon left around Clear Lake proper, in the north east corner of beautiful, ultra-low-key Indiana, USA. With Clear Lake just a few paddles down the lagoon, we're secluded but not isolated, remote yet convenient, high-end luxury at it's most serene, with the high-end neighborhood, police, and convenience stores just out the gate and grand shopping in both Fremont and Angola just minutes away and Ft. Wayne shopping and amenities less than an hour's drive.
Our wish would be to find a new owner who understands the subtle energetic and healing aspects of the site as well as appreciation of the quietude and nature preserve it is. Hopefully a private owner will find solace in the expansive acreage as a sanctuary and healing retreat, escape artist's hideaway, [no one will know you here, if they even see you at all] writer's retreat or other artist's retreat, playtime, rejuvenation, special occasion investment rental, retirement home, or StarKamp! However, a high-end health spa or integrative Light & Sound alternative medical clinic was always on our back burner with the healing energy of the legendary Ceremonial Hill and healing waters of primordial Lake Anne at hand. A spiritual retreat in the name of our recently transitioned Pope John Paul II offering renewal and refreshment to a tired clergy, masculine and feminine alike, or another denomination or faction. The Gentlemen's Quarters could easily transition to a one or two family residence or rental for a total of 3 single family residences already on the property, furnished if desired. Three more full-time residences, possibly more, are divisible on the property.
An extra-special StarKid Kamp for extra-special kids, i.e.: intuitive empaths and those with aptitude toward healing and similar heart-centered pursuits, [Indigo, StarKids, the Ieshean, or by whatever name] would be perfect in this peaceful platform where deep forest quietude offers the perfect arena to listen, discover and bring forward dormant gifts that will otherwise be left undeveloped. A nature preserve or conservancy would also be our highest hopes in view of the lovely Lake Anne @ Clear Lake pictured below.
