What: Conflicting opinions abound in its foremost commodity, some seeing its grand expanse of natural private, secluded, ancient forest and nature preserve on the banks of a rare pristine lake and lagoon in an otherwise maxed-out ultra-high-end resort area as its primary benefit in its rarest beauty. Some sensing the finer accoutrements in its energetic offerings for its natural healing aspects as the greater prize, and we're legally bound to add a disclaimer here, but suffice, it's true just the same, believers or not. Some see the ultra-high-tech, all-custom main manor with its out-in-front-of-the-leading edge Light & Sound Therapy system hidden in the depths of plain sight, nestled in the expanse of private property its prime
desirability.
House of Illusion: Appearing and feeling twice its actual size re:
the architectural and interior design genius of its creators, visitors literally
'stand in awe' at its cathedral-like inspiration, and this is what we're
offering... its awe, its magic, its mystery, its spirit, its mystical portal
which we'll be holding open for the next. Some seeing it as a healing retreat
also see its benefits as a writer's and artist's sanctuary of unlimited
inspiration. Yet, some seeing it simply for the playtime fun it offers, some for

ultra-high-end resort arena, and some for a possible developmental project.
However, it would be possible to work around the eldest trees and the greater
share of the rest to add on, build a new dwelling in the north parcel using the
current manor as a special guest house or therapy retreat as originally designed, or possibly even build a number of dwellings or better yet, hidden in plain sight tree houses for a tree house healing retreat such as the one in California, all around the 4.334 acres as a community project without disturbing the peaceful, healing ambiance or losing the ancient forest sanctuary.
